Mini greenhouse

A mini-greenhouse is a smaller version of a typical greenhouse. Shapes vary from longer row housing to tall and slender and/or short and wide housing. The smaller greenhouse is usually portable and requires less foundational work. These greenhouses can also be made from glass or plastic.

Naturally, the mini-greenhouse is a good alternative to permanent greenhouse structures when one moves around a lot or does not have enough room for a larger structure, but it is also convenient when trying out a greenhouse for the first time. The smaller greenhouse allows the individual to learn more about the surrounding areas and temperatures before losing an entire plant or flower selection.

These greenhouses can compete with larger greenhouses in protection. A mini-greenhouse will protect from small animals, birds and frost the same way in which a large greenhouse will. They also create a cooling and heating system required for growing much as regular greenhouses do, that is by storing solar radiation within the housing structure.
